Returns

We want you to fall in love with your purchase. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, you may return it for a refund or exchange it for store credit within 14 days. Only as long as the products are unused and all the protective covers are still in tact!

However, due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on duvets, pillows, and mattress protectors. If you have any questions about the product or concerns about your order, please contact us before making your purchase.

We understand that the return shipment may take some time to arrive back at our warehouse and so we just need the returned items to be shipped out within those days (not delivered)!

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
We DO NOT offer refunds on lost or stolen items. We do offer reshipments.
We DO NOT offer refunds on orders with tracking links that state "delivered." We do offer reshipments.

Since we have multiple warehouses across the world, please email us before processing a return as we will provide the you the correct destination to send back your goods.

Contact us at support@roomie-design.com with subject line "RETURN" if you wish to return your order.

One of our customer representatives will reach out to you as soon as possible; To expedite the process, please include the following information in your initial email:

  • Order number and name used to place the order
  • Product you are looking to return 
  • Reason why you are considering returning the item

Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system, however this information will enable us to start your returns process immediately. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

We do not cover return shipping costs. We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

We do not refund postage for lost, unclaimed or undeliverable packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customers responsibility to follow up with the postal carrier.

Online orders can be returned via post only.

Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the package.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
You can send your return back to us with whichever carrier you like. Please obtain proof of postage and a tracking number so you can follow along with the return and we can confirm that it has been delivered.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@roomie-design.com.

Exchanges
We are so very sorry, but we are currently unable to process an exchange. If you would like something different, please can we ask that you place a new order and follow the instructions above to get the original items back to us for a refund.
Faulty items 
All of our items go through a rigorous quality testing process at the factory. But, if something does slip through the net and a faulty product manages to find its way to your bed, please let us know as soon as you can. We can then organise an exchange or return for you.
Please send us an email at support@roomie-design.com within 14 days of delivery. 

If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
